Highlights from the award show (Vogue)

The Emmys have been changing a lot lately. What shows and actors get awards has changed a lot. It used to be that regular TV shows got a lot of nominations, but now streaming shows are really popular.

For the last few years, some shows have been winning almost all the awards. Shows like Succession, The White Lotus, and The Last of Us did really well. These shows had a lot of actors, so they got most of the acting awards too. It was hard for new shows and actors to get noticed. It seemed like people were only watching a few shows.

The Emmys don’t have a rule about how many nominations one show can get. So, the last few years were kind of boring. Many good shows didn’t get any awards. But now, some of those big shows are over or are taking a break. This gives other shows and actors a chance to win.

The Bear is still a very popular show and got a lot of nominations this year. But there are other shows getting attention now. Shows like The Morning Show and The Gilded Age are getting awards for the first time. Reservation Dogs is also getting attention, which is great because it’s a really good show.

There are also new actors getting awards. People like Maya Rudolph, D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, and Matt Berry are getting noticed. And shows like The Gilded Age are giving chances to many good actors.

There are a lot of new and good shows this year. It’s exciting to see different shows and actors getting awards. Hopefully, this will keep happening in the future.
