Recap – [L]one wolf
The latest chapter showed us Adam gaining knowledge about humans to be more like them by reading books and telling Eve to eat apples to increase his intelligence, as this is what humans used to elevate theirs. The scene shifts to 2B & 9S heading over to a place of machine lifeforms in order to give supplies, as they are now peaceful and want to trade with Resistance.
They enter a devastated shopping mall, and 9S gets curious, looking at stuff used by humans in the past, e.g., brushes, boxes, etc. He tells 2B to shop together once the war ends and peace settles. He will buy her a t-shirt that suits her. Both reach the village of machine lifeforms and meet their leader Pascal as directed by Lily.
Pascal tells that they are no more in connection with the machine lifeform, possess no animosity, and are here for the attainment of peace. Pascal even had connections with the Resistance in the past. Pascal asks to interact more with them. The change interests them to check an underground area.
Emil’s head gets encountered in a tree. Upon hacking into the past, 9S comes to the conclusion of Emil’s head is a weapon created by humans in the past. The very place is now a worship spot for machines. The episode ends with Pascal explaining his transformation after accidentally coming to this area of the region and feeling peace.
