Hotta World and Perfect World have announced that Version 1.4 of Neverness to Everness (NTE), the supernatural urban open-world RPG, launches September 30 on PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation 5, and Mac.
The update is one of the game’s biggest yet. It brings a second Porsche collaboration, turns the long-teased Pukaland into a fully explorable theme park, and adds Blackbird, a reclusive witch who can transform into a bird and fly across Hethereau.
Porsche Is Back in Hethereau
NTE’s partnership with Porsche continues with two new vehicles: the classic Porsche 911 Turbo (930) and the modern Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package. The Porsche 918 Spyder from the first collaboration also returns, so players who missed it get another chance to add it to their garage.
The update also opens a new Porsche Club, which offers free customisation options such as special liveries and performance parts. Porsche-themed extras include exclusive furniture, titles, namecards, phone wallpapers, and phone cases. The partnership remains a first of its kind for the anime urban RPG genre, and it leans into NTE’s focus on driving as a core part of getting around the city.
Pukaland Opens Its Gates
Pukaland has been a visible but inaccessible landmark since launch. In Version 1.4 it becomes a full theme park split across four zones, each with its own attractions and challenges.
Puka Avenue is home to the Pendulum, the Spinning Octopus, and a Drop Tower, which comes with a button-input minigame that sends players higher the better they perform. Further in, Cakehill’s Flora Maze is a race against a draining stamina bar, and the Spooky Cookies haunted house asks players to slip past its resident creatures. Lavaton offers a roller coaster ride through a volcanic landscape.
A Wonderlog tracks progress and rewards across the park. Puka Stars earned at attractions can be exchanged for souvenirs and other items, and familiar characters make appearances throughout. At night, fireworks light up the sky over Pukatopia Castle. This is still NTE, though, so the developers warn that anomalies can turn a fun day out into something stranger.
Blackbird Takes Flight
Arriving just ahead of Halloween, Blackbird is a witch who usually prefers to stay at home. Her story begins when a mysterious call for help pulls her out into the world, and players will follow her to find out who sent it and why.
Her biggest draw is traversal. Blackbird can turn into a bird and take to the skies, and character interactions let her hold hands with the protagonist and even carry them into the air. She launches with three outfits. The limited-banner lineup also sees the return of “Ketchup Demon” Lacrimosa.
New Anomaly Commissions
Version 1.4 adds a new batch of Anomaly Commissions, which will stay in the game permanently. Highlights include waiting at night for a Ghost Bus full of unsettling passengers, hunting for a hidden anomaly inside a dream while evading monsters, and an investigation where everyday objects suddenly grow to enormous size.
Rewards and Freebies
Players can collect 20 Solid Dice for Limited Boards through a seven-day Circle Gifts login event and a dedicated Version 1.4 gift. A new Puka Membership Program also unlocks at City Tycoon Level 16. Its rewards include two S-Class Standard Character Selection Boxes, one S-Class Standard Arc Selection Box, and three outfits.
Neverness to Everness Version 1.4 launches September 30 with full cross-platform support across PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation 5, and Mac.
