For a wonderful breakfast on the fly, start with Nadiya’s scrumptious granola cupcakes. Chocolate and yogurt are layered inside a gooey fruit-and-nut granola crust, which is then topped with delectable fruit and flowers. Next, Nadiya provides a revitalizing start to the day with a smoothie made with kiwi, mint, and spinach and loaded with oats to enhance energy.
In addition, this colorful fruity treat is garnished with crispy coconut croissant bites, a flutter of crushed frozen raspberries, and a drizzle of yoghurt and honey for a little weekend indulgence. The filling of Nadiya’s sweet breakfast wraps is a mouthwateringly gooey baked banana and peanut butter mixture that is wrapped in a sweet, spicy tortilla and sprinkled with rich dark chocolate. Given that a batch can be cooked in only a few minutes, they are the ideal decadent way to unwind as the weekend approaches.
