Recap And Review
My Hero Academia Chapter 412 sees the fight between Shigaraki and Deku intensify, with the latter using his power to stop the decay from the former in a way. Deku has realized new ways to use his powers.
However, they are as good as his powers from the early stage, which don’t last longer, and soon they start to affect him.
As Deku is still struggling to fight and keep up with Shigaraki, the latter is fully enjoying the fight and even notes that the attack Deku had used earlier was really strong and it had kept up. It would have cost him some trouble for sure.
He continues to tell him that there is no need for him to save him as the crying child who Shigaraki once was is dead, and now he should be thinking of killing him instead.
Nana Shimura’s vestige also tells him that same thing, but Deku’s monologue reveals that he doesn’t want to leave him from the despair as he promised not to neglect anyone who needs help at all.
As the chapter comes to an end, we see the second user discussing that the reason Deku wants to save everyone is the reason why he didn’t want to entrust everything to him. However, he has come to understand him and is entrusting everyone much like All Might did.
