Toga notes that the Leauge of Villains was going to help her create a world that would allow her to live as she wanted after this battle but now after hearing what Uraraka had to say, Toga says that she cannot allow a world where there is no Urakara.

Toga Gives Uraraka Her Own Blood
Toga drinks Urarka’s blood transforming into her and says that she will give all of her blood and lies not next to her to start the blood transfusion. Uraraka starts to feel her body heating up but this won’t end up good for the former. As the blood transfusion continues, Toga mentions that Twice had done the same thing for her once.

Urarka tells her to stop but Toga also stitches up the former’s wound and calls her weird for wanting to reason with a villain that is on rampage. Urarka says that she is the weird one for doing this. Toga replies that she will live as she wants and won’t let her be captured even if Uraraka tells her to.
Toga notes that the League of Villains did their best to make the former feel welcome but no one was able to touch her heart like Uraraka did. As the chapter comes to a conclusion, Uraraka cries as Toga continues to give all of her blood. Toga notes for the final time in the chapter that if perhaps she would love earlier, she would have used her quirk to give blood instead and help people save a life but things ended up this way.

The imagery of Toga releasing the dead bird from her childhood and making it fly is so damn beautiful. What a sad and beautiful conclusion for Toga's character. pic.twitter.com/1jO5WK90Mp— 🌲 Icarus! 🌲 (@JVA_FanBoy01) July 19, 2023
Nevertheless, she says that she loved the way she lived and it made her, a girl with the cutest smile in the world as lets a little bird fly away and looks at the sky.
