My Hero Academia Chapter 388, titled “Toya,” begins with the heroes helping the citizens get out of the facility, and we see students from Class B. The new arrival heroes that have retired are also here to help, and their task is to get everyone to the surface where there are robots waiting for them to take away.
The heroes mention that this robot will need only orders, and it will take the commander anywhere they want. The heroes also mention that they should not look in the Dabi’s direction, which seems energy ball expanding. We also see a glimpse of the Todoroki family, which includes Rei, Natsu, and Fuyumi.
Then, Rei hops onto the robot, asking it to take her in Dabi’s direction after telling Natsu to take care of his sister. Then the events from the previous chapter continue as Rei uses her powers to cool Dabi. Endeavor seems worried, saying that she will get burned to death. She keeps getting closer, but Rei says the same thing will happen to him and Toya.
Rei tries to calm Dabi down by calling his real name, and the latter responds with “Mom” In the next panel, we see that Dabi also mentions “Fuyumi and Natsu,” who have also arrived at the location and approach him despite being burning every second.
