My Hero Academia Chapter 205 is a week away from now, and the manga is improving the pacing as we move forward. Chapter 204 was had 15 pages, instead of the regular 13 and that’s definitely an improvement, but the arc has been very slow for me, and it isn’t all that interesting. I don’t even remember the last time I enjoyed a My Hero Academia chapter since it’s been months.
I think the last chapter that I truly enjoyed was the one with Endeavor. Since then, the manga hasn’t been all that great, and even before the Endeavor arc, we only got to see mediocre content with Gentle. This week, as expected, we continue the fight between Todoroki’s team and Tetsu Tetsu’s team, and I hope the fight concludes this week, but that is very unlikely. I think Horikoshi will drag this fight on to Chapter 205, which is where we might see it finally end.
My Hero Academia Chapter 205: What To Expect
My Hero Academia Chapter 205 is likely going to include the conclusion of the third round of the test. This is where I think we’ll get to see Todoroki’s amazing new technique that his father taught him, and we’ll see a new Todoroki, one who feels proud of his dad being the number 1 Hero and using his powers. That’s good character development for me. If you might remember, Todoroki started off as someone who didn’t even use his fire powers.
He hated his father and never wanted to use that side of his body. Midoriya changed everything. Now, he’ll be someone who’s proud of his father’s powers and uses them with pride. That’s excellent character development for me. I hope the fight ends quickly, and the next one begins almost immediately because this arc is boring and I want it to end as soon as possible.
My Hero Academia Chapter 205 will return next week in Weekly Shounen Jump Issue 50. The chapter will be out officially on 12 November 2018. The scans will be out by 9 November 2018. Please support the official release.
