My Crazy Boss is a romcom manhwa that follows the story of Seowoo, a part-timer at a construction company. Seowoo has a huge crush on her cold yet handsome boss Minhyeok but what she isn’t aware of is the fact that her boss also has a crush on her.
Minhyeok tries to deny his feelings by telling himself that it’s all for his objective of taking over this construction company, but he still can’t help but marvel over Seowoo’s beauty. When your boss suddenly asks you out on a date on the pretext of marriage? Who wouldn’t consider him crazy?
My Crazy Boss Chapter 4: Recap
The chapter opens up with Seowoo meeting up with Seojun at his shop. Seojun hands over some Setoka to Seowoo, and she happily takes it because her siblings love it. She then asks how much she has to pay for it, and Seojun says 500 per piece, which is a bit too cheap. Seowoo wonders if the Setoka is edible because of how cheap they are, and so Seojun tells her that it’s his last remaining stock of the day.
Seowoo asks Seojun how he will make a profit if he keeps giving her stuff for free. Seojun smiles and says that no one does business without a profit. The profit he gets is seeing Seowoo smile so brightly, which is all he needs. Seowoo gets puzzled because she still doesn’t understand how he makes a profit. She then takes a look at Seojun and wonders if all bosses are going crazy these days.
Shinwoo and Jinwoo arrive at the shop after a while. They see the Setoka and get excited. Seojun tells them he sold those Setoka at a low price because he knows that those are Jinwoo’s favorite. Jinwoo thanks Seojun by referring to him as “brother.”
Seowoo tells both her brothers not to refer to Seojun so casually, but Seojun says that he is more comfortable with being called “brother.” He thinks that it would be even better if they called him “Maehyung” or “Husband of Eldest Sister.”
Seowoo then leaves with her brothers, and Jinwoo turns around for a bit to wish good luck to Seojun. Kim also wishes good luck to Seojun for his shop and his love life. While walking home, Shinwoo asks Seowoo where she slept the last day, and she replies that she slept at a friend’s house because she can’t just say she got drunk and passed out.
Shinwoo tells Seowoo that she should be grateful that they informed their mother that she is out because of her part-time job. Seowoo smiles and hugs both her brothers and thanks them. Seowoo then recalls how she met this family when she was six years old. Seowoo had been dismissed several times, so it was a blessing for her to find such warm parents.
Seowoo recalls how she got anxious when Shinwoo and Jinwoo were born because she thought her parents would send her to the orphanage again, but luckily that didn’t happen. Instead, Seowoo’s mother thanked her by saying that she was lucky for them. After that day, Seowoo was raised with care and affection until her father’s company went bankrupt.
After that day, Seowoo’s father died because of the shock, and her mother had to take on everything to support her children, but she still didn’t abandon anyone. Seowoo says that she was the one who got lucky to have a mother like her. Meanwhile, back at the office, Minhyeok wonders why Seowoo didn’t accept his proposal even though she liked him.
Chawoong makes fun of Minhyeok because he considers that he was dumped by Seowoo. Minhyeok argues that he can get anything in the world, which also includes someone’s feelings. He then watches a video on how to get a girl to like him and decides to gift a garland to Seowoo. Chawoong face palms because he gets annoyed.
