However, Do Ha was cursed that his soul would wander on earth until he killed Ri Tae’s reincarnation with his hand but in a human body. Do Ha wakes up in Han Joon Oh’s body and finds out that Young Hwa, who is the reincarnation of Ri Tae, is the one who saved Han Joon Oh from drowning. Do Ha takes it as a chance and hires Young Hwa as his bodyguard. But whenever Do Ha tries to stab Young Hwa, a strange aura dodges all his efforts.

Recap
Previously, in Moon in the Day, we witnessed the trio of Han Joon Oh, Young Hwa, and Min Oh going camping. But actually, Min Oh planned the trip to execute his idea of removing Young Hwa from Joon Oh’s life. While the trio enjoyed their evening singing and eating, suddenly Joon Oh went missing into the woods.
Young Hwa rushes to search for him, and Min Oh follows her from behind. Meanwhile, Joon Oh opens his eyes and finds him at the camping site, but neither Young Hwa nor Min Oh are present. He senses something suspicious and rushes to find her.
Young Hwa reaches a cliff, and when she turns out, Min Oh’s face seems serious as he tells her that he will not keep any burden in his brother’s life and that this is the karma of her previous life. He pushes her to the cliff before Joon Oh can reach it. However, Young Hwa was able to hold a big stone, but soon she lost consciousness.
The story goes back to 1500 years ago, the day of Han Ri Tae and Do Ha’s wedding. Han Ri Tae exclaims about how she ended up getting married to her enemy, but she does not realize that she also loves Do Ha. Meanwhile, Do Ha makes all kinds of efforts to express his true love to Ri Tae.
The story again comes to the present, where Young Hwa recalls she knows that she will die young because of the curse. She is about to lose consciousness and fall into the cliff, but then Joon Oh comes to her rescue. Young Hwa hugs Joon Ho and calls him her guardian angel. The hate Do Ha had for Young Hwa seems to be vanishing slowly.
