Metallic Rouge Season 1 Episode 12 Recap
In episode 12 of “Metallic Rouge,” we see a lot of action and drama. The episode kicks off with Opera talking to the Junoids about how well their plans are going. Meanwhile, the Puppetmaster has a chat with Cyan, hinting that something big is going to happen soon.
Then, we see Rouge and Naomi meet someone they think is Jean but Naomi quickly figures out it’s Jaron in disguise. Rouge also gets suspicious and confirms it’s Jaron, and they end up following him to find the real Jean.
Suddenly, there’s a loud noise signaling a fight nearby. Rouge and Naomi think it’s their friend Eden fighting, and they’re right. Eden is in a tough battle with Graufon who is determined but ends up being killed by Eden. Before dying Graufon tells Eden that he believes in Jill’s plan even though he knows it’s flawed.
Back to Jaron, he takes Rouge and Naomi to a strange place. Jill shows up calls Jaron out for changing sides too often, and they fight. Jill wins and makes it clear she never liked Jaron.
Meanwhile, Jean and Aes are on the Puppetmaster’s ship and bump into Eden. Jean asks for Eden’s help, calling him father which adds a twist to the story. The Puppetmaster still manipulating Cyan seems to be preparing for a final act.
Jill then faces Rouge and Naomi, revealing that Rouge plays a key part in her plan because of her unique ID. Jill wants Rouge to join her, but Rouge refuses. During their fight, Jill manages to hurt Rouge badly and takes her ID.
Rouge is left feeling betrayed when Naomi seems to run away. But Naomi is actually on a mission. She runs into Jaron, who helps her find the control room to stop Jill’s plan. Before he disappears, Jaron says he’s just looking for some fun before he dies and hints he knows a big secret.
Feeling guilty for leaving Rouge, Naomi goes back to find her barely hanging on. In a big gesture, Naomi gives Rouge her ID, hoping it will help her survive without her own.
The episode also touches on Opera dealing with betrayals and plans going awry. In a twist, Rouge confronts Jill again, this time powered by Naomi’s ID. The fight takes a new turn when Ash and Aes arrive with news about Eden and Jean.
In the final scenes, Eden and Jean discover important data called Code Eve, while Rouge learns from Ash that the Puppetmaster is her father, Roy. The episode ends with Roy revealing his true identity and questioning Rouge’s sense of freedom.
