Later in the chapter, we see that Cha Dusin notices Ijin’s bike and asks him if he is actually using it. However, Ijin mentions that he will return that to him, but Cha Dusin shouts and says that it is over and he doesn’t want it now, while also mentioning that it does not suit him.
We also see him saying that even when he was young, he didn’t ride bikes around. He just brought it on a whim because it reminded him of his childhood when he passed by. He has brought it, but he has never driven it properly.
Later, we see that some of the members of Cha Dusin’s gang show up and request him to go to the hospital. One of his subordinates mentions that he doesn’t think it should end like this because Hyungnim almost dies because of that guy.
This is when he asks him why he is being so harsh on himself. He also mentions that he has done so much in the past, even though he only spent two years with his grandfather.

On the other hand, he says that he lived in an orphanage, and the person who believed in him for his entire life was that old man. We get a flashback here, where we see that Cha Dusin says to the old man that he has repaired the bike.
The old man says that he has done quite an impressive job and asks him if he could teach him something else; he should just keep doing it like this.
