The chapter starts with Lee Ji Seong trying to help Seon Yeo Reum from her ex-boyfriend. Yeo Reum’s ex-boyfriend was making her uncomfortable, and Ji Seong saw that, so he went to help her. Yeo Reum’s ex-boyfriend was forcing her to be in a relationship with him. Ji Seong holds his hand and tries to put up an act because they are in public.
He tells him why he left him to meet another woman. Even Yeo Reum did not expect him to say something like that. Yeo Reum’s ex-boyfriend thought Ji Seong was drunk up. When he checked the people around him, he saw that a huge crowd was gathered, so he ran from there.
Ji Seong gives Yeo Reum her identity hard, which she forgot the previous day on their date. He asks Yeo Reum if the guy just now he met is her ex-boyfriend. Yeo Reum tells him he is right and compliments him for the act he put on in front of all those people. However, she was scared that Ji Seong would end up like Kim Tae (her ex) when he might find out about her age.
At first, Yeo Reum thought Ji Seong just wanted a girl to hang out with him, but he came to find her even though she blocked him and saved her from Kim Tae, so she thought Ji Seong really liked her. Yeo Reum asks him what she can do to thank him, to which Ji Seong tells her they can have a meal together in the morning.
Later we see Yeo Reum with her best friend (Oh Mi Ju, a lady who appeared in the first chapter and made Yeo Reum’s dating profile) and telling her about what happened to her. Yeo Reum was complaining to Oh Mi Ju because of her; she had to go on a date with Ji Seong.
It was not because she did not like Ji Seong but because she was not healed from the wound that Kim Tae gave her. She decides to meet with Ji Seong and tell him everything so he will not hate her.
