Masaki Hattori and Keishi Ayasato are collaborating on a new series based on the light novels featuring the original character Carneades, illustrated by rurudo. The series is set to be published on Kadokawa’s Dra Dra Flat♭ platform.
Masaki Hattori will handle the artwork, while Keishi Ayasato will be responsible for the story. The Carneades light novels, which serve as the source material for this new series, made their debut in September 2023, and the second volume was released recently.
As the series expands into a new manga adaptation, fans can anticipate an exploration of the narrative and visuals that the collaborative efforts of Hattori and Ayasato will bring to Carneades’ story.
Masaki Hattori began the manga adaptation of Nitroplus’ smartphone role-playing game “Warau Arsnotoria” in the July issue of Kadokawa’s Monthly Dragon Age magazine in June 2022.
Keishi Ayasato is known for the “Bride of Demise” light novel series, which debuted in July 2020 with illustrations by Karuki Mura. Ayasato also authored the “Torture Princess – Fremd Torturchen” light novel series with art by Saki Ukai.
Yen Press has licensed the novel series, including Hina Yamato’s manga adaptation, with the omnibus volume released in July 2019.
