Madison Brush, daughter of Sister Wives stars Janelle and Kody Brown, has officially welcomed her fourth child! The 28-year-old reality TV star and her husband, Caleb Brush, joyfully announced the arrival of their daughter, Emilia Estelle Brush, who was born on March 14, 2025.
Sharing the heartwarming news on Instagram, Madison posted a sweet photo of baby Emilia resting peacefully in a bassinet.
Dressed in an adorable plum-colored outfit with a matching hood, the newborn looked cozy with a pink pacifier in her mouth.
“Absolutely worth the wait, Miss Emilia Estelle Brush has finally made her grand entrance!”
Madison captioned the post on March 15. She added,
“Our sweet girl took her time, keeping us all in suspense, but when she decided it was time—she didn’t waste a second. Born on 3/14, she arrived absolutely perfect. We are completely smitten with our newest little love.”
Madison and Caleb are already proud parents to three children—son Axel, 7, and daughters Evie, 5, and Josephine, 2.
The couple first announced their pregnancy in September 2024, expressing excitement over the new addition to their growing family. In her pregnancy reveal, Madison shared a glowing photo cradling her baby bump, writing,
“What a wild year! Looks like 2025 might be a little crazy too! Baby Brush #4 coming March 2025.”
Her mother, Janelle Brown, was overjoyed by the news and reposted the announcement on Instagram Stories, adding,
“Pretty dang excited!”
A New Baby Amid Family Struggles
While Emilia’s birth is a joyous occasion, it comes at a challenging time for the Brown family.
Janelle, Madison’s mother, officially ended her plural marriage with Kody Brown in December 2022, following in the footsteps of Christine Brown, who left in November 2021.
Kody is now only married to his fourth wife, Robyn Brown, after publicly separating from Meri Brown in January 2023.
Madison has also been open about her estrangement from her father, Kody. During a recent season of Sister Wives, Janelle revealed that Kody had largely cut off communication with Madison and her husband, Caleb, following the dissolution of the family.
“Kody really did kind of cut off communication with Caleb and Maddie when the family started to really dissolve, and the kids really don’t know who he is. He’s not been out to visit. He doesn’t call,” Janelle explained.

Madison and Caleb, according to Janelle, have little relationship with Kody as a result. However, Kody shared a different perspective on the situation, saying,
“To be honest with you, I didn’t really cut off communications with Madison. She cut it off with me. Every time I talked to her, it was a fish for gossip, and I got tired of it.”
Despite the ongoing family tensions, Madison has been focused on her growing family and cherishing these special moments with her newborn. With three older siblings to dote on her, baby Emilia is sure to be surrounded by love.
