Lucifer season 6 ending explained via Reddit!

Mostly every fan was quite satisfied when the last season rolled up. They have witnessed an ending that everyone was hoping for. Though some people had complaints and confusion when we talk about the end. Reddit was full of articles and statements regarding the same. The below explanation of the last or the sixth season is via Reddit.

One of the complaints which viewers had with the ending is that why Lucifer can’t just simply go down to earth to visit Chloe and/or Rory. And his whole character arc falls apart since he follows faith and not free will. Some explained that he didn’t visit Earth because he had given his word. Many find it as the most ridiculous explanation.

The viewers have witnessed Lucifer saying that it might be the case that hell didn’t need any lord, but it does need a healer. Lucifer’s higher purpose or calling is him being able to help doomed souls to get out of hell and then eventually finding a place in heaven. Many replied that especially characters like Dan, who they think deserves to be free of guilt. Further, the users had emphasized the vital role of Rory in making Lucifer realize that he isn’t supposed to be a God or stay on earth. And to play this important role, Rory had traveled back in time. And for this,  she has to be angry enough at Lucifer to be able to self-actualize and travel back.

After deep introspection, they found out that the only way Lucifer can get Rory to be angry enough is by not being there when she grows up. And another time when they can achieve their task was by not being aside when Chloe is dying. And thus, this is the main reason, as per many viewers that why Lucifer can’t come to Earth, not even secretly to just visit Chloe without the knowledge of Rory. The main reason for Rory’s anger was that Chloe suffered a lot because Lucifer was not there. And thus, she has to survive and raise a child on her own. Which had potentially turned her even stronger and angrier. And thus, she can travel back.

As Rory had spent some time with Lucifer, she got to know about him. She understood that why he has to have such a noble job and thus realize the ultimate important conclusion. By her own choice, she sacrificed her childhood for Lucifer. Fans loved the ending because mostly every personality had finished a character role.
