Actor Song Ji Ho and singer-actress Kim So Ri are officially getting married this October.
The couple, who have reportedly been in a long-term relationship built on mutual trust, personally shared the happy news with fans on October 6.
Song Ji Ho’s agency, Inyeon Entertainment, confirmed the marriage announcement, revealing that the actor will “tie the knot” with his celebrity partner this month and begin a new chapter of his life as a married man.
Wedding photos released alongside the announcement show the couple posing together, with Kim So Ri dressed in an elegant bridal gown and Song Ji Ho looking delighted beside her.
Song Ji Ho is particularly familiar to K-drama viewers for his role as Im Geum, the older brother of Kim Hye Yoon’s character Im Sol, in the hit drama Lovely Runner.
He has also appeared in dramas including Doctor Cha and My Beloved Thief.
Song Ji Ho Calls Kim So Ri the Person He Wants to Spend His Life With
Song Ji Ho personally announced the marriage through a handwritten letter shared on social media. In his message, he revealed,
“In October, I have promised to marry the person I want to spend my life with.”
The actor explained that he and Kim So Ri have spent a long time supporting one another and growing together through both happy and difficult moments.
He described her as someone with whom he can be completely himself and said that they want to become each other’s closest source of support as they begin married life.
Song Ji Ho also expressed gratitude toward the fans who have supported him throughout his career.
