Love Island US Season 5 Episode 37 Recap & Review
The first scene of the episode showed the islanders having a night together and talking about how delighted they were to have made it to the end. They all received texts the following morning informing them of their upcoming final dates.
First up, Kassy and Leo took a helicopter ride to a private beach picnic. Leo admitted to Kassy on their date that he still has school to finish but is ready to move wherever she requests so they can be together.
She agreed when he next asked her to be his girlfriend. They texted Carmen and Kenzo to let them know they were the next. Hannah and Bergie passed the time at the villa’s beach. They developed such a wonderful bond throughout the season that the two emphasized how thankful they were to have met.
Even Bergie admitted Hannah was the first girl best friend he had ever known. A chorus welcomed Carmen and Kenzo to their date, and as they sat down, they talked about potential baby names and Kenzo made it plain he wanted to marry Carmen and spend the rest of his life with her.
Additionally, the two made their first declaration of love to one another. It was now dark outside in Fiji as Bergie and Taylor left for their date. A group of fire breathers welcomed the couple as they enjoyed a romantic evening date on the beach.
Because his mother used to write him letters before she went away, Bergie read Taylor a letter he had written to a potential future girlfriend during their date. After that, he proposed to Taylor, who joyfully accepted. When Hannah and Marco finally went on their date, she revealed that she was willing to relocate for him.
Hannah readily agreed when Marco proposed to her, just like the others had done. They were treated to a sweet acoustic performance by a singer for their date. The islanders then went to bed for the final time on Love Island USA after returning to the mansion.
The men islanders stayed at the villa and composed their speeches, while the female islanders went to try for clothes for the show’s conclusion. After discovering the ideal dress for the awards ceremony, the female islanders wrote theirs.
They later dressed up and gathered outdoors near the pool for the grand finale. Sarah Hyland showed in to announce the Love Island USA season 5 winner after they had finished reading each other’s speeches.
Bergie acknowledged that his current girlfriend, Taylor differs from the women he’s dated in the past, while Kenzo acknowledged his desire to pop the question to Carmen, despite Carmen’s opinion that they should take it slow. It was finally time to declare the winners of Love Island USA season 5.
Bergie and Taylor took third place, while Kenzo and Carmen placed fourth. Both couples appeared to be happy to be leaving the villa with a connection and didn’t appear to give a damn about anything.
Kassy and Leo were placed in second place, and Hannah and Marco were declared the winners by Sarah. Marco chose the $100,000 envelope but immediately opted to divide the money with Hannah and leave the Love Island USA villa together. Hannah also picked the $100,000 envelope.
