Love Island Season 8 Episode 38 is going to see where Paige’s heart lies. Episode 37 was an emotional episode as Jacques exited the villa of his own will. This Episode was mostly centered around Jacques and how he had problems with the things that we’re currently going on in the villain, especially because of what Adam said. After talking with the boys about how Adam was playing with them, then he took Paige aside for a talk about what Adam said about him. After all this, he gathered everyone and said that he was quitting the villa as he wasn’t feeling himself since Casa Amor.
The other emotional part was that he said to Paige that he wanted to be with her, but he couldn’t do it while inside the villa, so he’ll be waiting for her outside, and they will continue their relationship from there. His leave brought tears in many of the OG Islanders, mainly Paige and Luca. Now Paige is single, Adam is single, will they pair up even after what Jacques said to her? We’ll just have to see where Paige’s heart lies, will she pair up with someone, or will she quit to follow Jacques as well.
Love Island Season 8 Episode 37 Recap
Before diving into Love Island Season 8 Episode 38, let’s quickly do a recap of the previous Episode. In Episode 37, Jacques asked the Islanders that if Adam has spoken of him, then he’d have to say something. Jacques got up from his seat when Gemma Owen said that Adam had a thing or two to say about him. When Jacques asked Paige about her talk with Adam, she revealed that Adam had made a remark about Jacques’ immaturity and mentioned that he had been in a similar situation when he was younger, which made Jacques extra upset.
After that, Jacques came and sat with Deji and Josh and informed them that Adam was playing some game with all of them. Adam decided to join them after noticing the excitement. Jacques then began asking Adam about his strategy. Luca Bish approached and pulled Jacques aside for a conversation. Jacques admitted that he thought Adam was being rude. Then Luca made a joke about not expecting Adam to start a family till he was in his 40s. The following morning, Paige was approached by Jacques for a conversation in which he informed her that instead of continuing his journey inside the villa, he would wait for her outside.
He then gathered everyone on the island to share the bad news. Everyone on the island gathered around him while Paige cried, and Luca could be seen having a tearful expression. Jacques admitted that he hadn’t felt like himself since Casa Amor and that he needed to leave the villa for his relationship with Paige to succeed. The islanders stood up one at a time to bid him farewell. Adam asked the girls whether it had anything to do with him as the islanders were saying goodbye, but they said it didn’t. Paige and Jacques kissed one more time at the villa before Jacques left, telling her he wanted her to be his girlfriend.
