An all-new Argentinian Bioseries, Love After Music, will soon release all of its episodes on Netflix. Revolving around Fito Páez’s life before his widespread fame, the show will document the journey of the iconic rock star, who not only managed to become a hit overnight but became one of the best musicians in the history of Argentina.
The show has been directed by Fito himself, with Juan Pablo and Mariano Chihade being its executive producers. Aged 60 years, Fito wants to show the world that his fame was not just any coincidence, and it was his hidden hard work years that led him to become the household name he is now. The Rosario-born musician released many hit albums back in the 80s and 90s, and the Argentinian title of the show “El amor después del amor” is the name of one of his albums that was released in 2012.
Ivan Hochman will be starring as the titular character, with Gasper Offenhenden portraying his younger versions in the show. Fito’s period in music was one of the best eras in Spanish music, and to know that other hit musicians such as Charly Garcia and Luis Alberto Spinetta will be a part of the show as well, makes Love After Music all the more worthwhile to watch.
