Little Nightmares III – The Shores is now available, taking players into another unsettling area of The Spiral with new puzzles, environmental hazards, and a terrifying enemy. Bandai Namco Entertainment America announced the new content on September 30, introducing The Shores as the latest destination for Low and Alone.
The two protagonists have once again traveled through the mirror and must make their way toward a lighthouse beacon. Their journey takes them through flooded streets, submerged passages, filthy sewers, and dangerous waterways filled with new obstacles.
Among the biggest threats waiting in The Shores is The Leech Monster, which commands swarms of leeches and adds another layer of danger to the duo’s escape. Players will need to explore their surroundings carefully and solve environmental puzzles while avoiding the creatures lurking beneath the water.
Little Nightmares III – The Shores Adds a New Area
The Shores expands the world of Little Nightmares III with an environment built around water and submerged locations. Low and Alone must navigate treacherous routes while dealing with hazards that can emerge from both the environment and the creatures inhabiting the area.
The expansion continues the game’s focus on exploration, puzzle-solving, and survival horror. Rather than relying on direct combat, players must use their surroundings and work together to overcome the dangers standing between them and the lighthouse.
The Shores is included with the Deluxe Edition of Little Nightmares III and the Secret of The Spiral Expansion Pass. It is also available as a standalone purchase for players who own the main game.
Little Nightmares III – The Shores is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
The new content gives players another reason to return to The Spiral while continuing Low and Alone’s journey through its disturbing environments.
Bandai Namco has also released a trailer showcasing the new area and its dangers, giving players a closer look at the flooded environments and the Leech Monster.
