The last chapter of Let’s Meet After Work continues with Chaewon’s first day in Seongjun’s company, and it all goes to hell when her package, which was meant for her husband, gets delivered to Seongjun.

Let’s Meet After Work Chapter 10: Spoilers & Recap
The chapter opens up with Chaewon receiving a call from the delivery service. She learns that the package was from Grace and that it has been received by Seongjun Han. Chaewon immediately realizes what the package contains, and so she makes a run for Seongjun’s office because it’s something he should never see.
Meanwhile, Seongjun has already opened the package and saw Chaewon’s photo in her wedding dress. Seongjun marvels over Chaewon’s beauty in the picture when suddenly Chaewon comes rushing into his office. She asks Seongjun if he received the package, but she soon gets her answer when she sees the picture in his hands.
Seongjun asks Chaewon to tell him a perfect spot in his office to hang the photo, or he could just hang it near his desk. Chaewon says that the delivery man called her so randomly that she had no other choice but to receive the package in her office, and so she apologizes for the trouble.
Seongjun smirks and says that he thought it was a gift from his ex to celebrate her first day at work, which annoys Chaewon.
Seongjun then asks Chaewon why she had the picture delivered to him. Chaewon goes silent for a bit because she knows that she shouldn’t have done this as a married woman, but now she can’t do anything except cry in her thoughts.
She thinks that if she had to make Seongjun understand her situation, then she would have to explain everything to him, including the fact that her father’s business has gone bankrupt. She can’t afford to do that, so she chooses to be brazen instead.
Chaewon says that she wanted the photo to be delivered to her husband’s office, but he’s out of town that day, so she had it delivered here. Seongjun gets furious at this sudden taunt, but he calms himself and deals with the situation rationally. Chaewon then asks Seongjun to hand over the picture to her as she is feeling uncomfortable with him holding it so close.
Seongjun looks at the picture again and once again thinks about how beautiful Chaewon looks in it. He tries to deny it by saying that it must’ve been retouched, but then he looks at Chaewon standing in front of him and realizes that that’s probably not the case.
Seongjun hands over the picture to Chaewon by saying that he wouldn’t keep something that was not meant for him.
Seongjun asks Chaewon about her lunch, and she just replies and then goes silent again. Seongjun gets furious and tells Chaewon that it’s common courtesy to ask the person in return about their lunch. Chaewon and Seongjun get into a heated argument over this issue, and Chaewon just leaves after a while. Seongjun wonders if she was always like this.
Kim enters the office to inform Seongjun about his lunch with Chaewon, which is something he wouldn’t like to hear at the moment. He also informs him about the 3-day business trip and his stay with Chaewon. Seongjun asks Kim why he is taking so much care of Chaewon, and he says that he just feels like it, and then he leaves.
