Legend of the Northern Blade Chapter 158 will have Jin-Mu Won facing the people that killed his father ages ago. The very people that set him down on a path to becoming a demon that doesn’t care about morals or ethics. Making him a ruthless fighter whose philosophy for fighting is to win by any means, not caring what would happen next.
One important thing to note about the series is how it has been able to evolve in the artwork. There are very few Manhwas that don’t have a generic artwork; this series is in a league of its own when it comes to artwork. It is one of the major reasons why this series is popular among its contemporaries.
And the revenge plot with great artwork is also nice to see, speaking of which; it seems that long revenge might finally be coming to an end. Jin-Mu Won has cut down all the enemies that he could in the name of justice for his father. However, with each victory, he loses sight of what to do in the future, and given the events so far, he might become a tyrant in the end.
Legend of the Northern Blade Chapter 157 Recap
Legend of the Northern Blade Chapter 157 started with two men that might have been giants trading blows with each other. Their fight was so furious that everyone decided to stay away from their fights as they were at risk of dying from being near them.
The first half of the chapter focused on the monk that was faced with the reality of the situation. All the teaching that he had learned at the temple were tested to their limits as the grim reality of the world started to sink in. A part of him just wanted to die on the battlefield, but he got slapped instead.
He was told by one of his comrades on the field that he needed to see the world through as is. Though his teachings may not have aligned with the worldview he was born in, this would be the starting point of what he does in the future. If he wants to see his teaching through, he must survive and bring the knowledge to his fellow disciples.

Legend of the Northern Blade Chapter 158 Spoilers
Legend of the Northern Blade Chapter 158 will have Min-Ju Won going on a monologue on how he had been hurt as a child. In a sense, he had come full circle and was facing the very people that were laughing at his father’s death. Now, it would matter whether or not the people he had killed would even remember him at this point.
The two that he had killed were the kind of people that kill for fun and profit, meaning that they had killed so many that they wouldn’t remember. However, they are also at the very end of their lives; defeated by a guy that just came in as they were at their weakest and delivered a finishing blow. They will recall something of nature as they have been defiled as warriors.
