To Bell’s detriment, OCCB previously helped keep a family safe while they were away from Los Santos. As the team irons out some management kinks, Bell is currently recuperating in the hospital on Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 4 Episode 5, “Missing Persons.”
Stabler is eager to return to work even though his job is still in jeopardy because of his actions after Bell was shot. Stabler finds himself helping out when someone he previously saved goes missing, even though he is on suspension.
It’s intriguing that Rita Lasku is making a comeback in this show after two seasons. This might pave the way for additional continuations to occur later in the show’s overall story.
In the meantime, the IAB calls Bashir, Jet, and Reyes in to question them regarding the assault charges used against Stabler. Being a close-knit organization, the OCCB has never been willing to turn on one of its own. However, Bashir is relatively unknown as he is a newcomer.
