It sounds like Lana Del Rey and Quavo have teased their upcoming track “Tough” once again on social media, sparking excitement among their fans.
After the post, fans were visibly enthusiastic, leaving comments expressing their anticipation on the recently released clip.
While fans eagerly awaited news of a collaboration between Quavo and Lana Del Rey, they were pleasantly surprised recently. Quavo took to Instagram on Wednesday night to drop a teaser of their highly anticipated upcoming track.
While the post had a photo of both the artist on a farm, the song heard lines such as,
“Tough like the scarf on a pair of old leather boots/ Like the blue-collar, red-dirt attitude/ Like a .38 made out of brass,” sung by Del Rey as well as by the Open it up artist.
Further in the song one could even hear,
“Tough like the stuff in my grandpa’s glass/ Life’s gonna do what it does/ Sure as the good lord’s up above/ Cut like a diamond shining in the rough, tough.”
The latest post from Quavo and Lana Del Rey has once again stirred excitement among viewers, but there’s still no official release date announced for their song “Tough.”
Last month, Quavo uploaded a snippet of the same song featuring a Polaroid picture of himself hanging out with Lana Del Rey, the “Say Yes To Heaven” singer. In the snippet, Quavo could be heard engaging with Lana Del Rey in a rap style.
He is heard singing,
“I’ll show you around … Come take a ride with me. Whenever. Whenever you ready, call on me.”
The May 9 post had the caption,
“If u come from where u come then u were born….Tough!”
The second teaser of the song stirred excitement among fans, prompting them to express their thrill in the comments section of the latest post. One follower praised Quavo’s talent, noting his ability to seamlessly blend different genres while maintaining great sound quality.
“This sounds so goodddddddddddd,” the fan enthusiastically added.
