La Reina Del Sur, which translates as “The Queen of the South” in Spanish, is an authorized translation of the book by author “Arturo Perez Reverte.” The drama debuted on February 28, 2011, and Kate Del Castillo plays Teresa Mendoza, a strong mafia royal who advanced from being a young girl from Mexico to become one of the deadliest and most prominent drug cartels in Spain.
According to one of his talks, Artur Perez Reverte claimed that the “Country Polka Songs,” regional folk songs wherein individuals recount tales of a number of the most powerful drug cartels in Mexico, served as the primary source of motivation for his novel. He added that the actual drug dealer “Sandra Aguila Beltram,” who’d been regarded as one of the initial female drug cartels in Mexico, served as the basis for Teresa Mendoza.
Sandra was among the first women to demonstrate that women could also run cartels in the field of drugs, which is primarily a male-dominated industry. She consequently became powerful and was dubbed “The Queen of the Pacific” as a result of this attitude.
The series’s fans appear to be very enthusiastic about the impending installment as of right now when the fourteenth episode of season 3 has recently been aired. We have therefore addressed everything for them, including season 3 information, episode 15’s release date, and a streaming guide.
