Kristin Cavallari, best known for her reality TV beginnings on Laguna Beach, is officially closing an emotional chapter of her life by parting ways with the Tennessee home that became her sanctuary during one of her most difficult transitions — her divorce from ex-husband Jay Cutler.
The luxurious Franklin, Tennessee property, spread across 28 acres, was listed in June 2024 for $11 million. After several price cuts, the estate is now reportedly under contract for $8.9 million.
Following her split from Cutler in April 2020 after nearly seven years of marriage, Cavallari moved into the spacious home with their three children — sons Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, 8.

The estate became a place of healing for the Uncommon James founder, helping her navigate life post-divorce.

Filled with upscale amenities such as a game room, sauna, full gym, a chicken coop, greenhouse, and a screened-in patio, the house offered her comfort and privacy while adjusting to her new reality as a single mother.
Kristin opened up about the home’s significance during a June 2024 episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari.
She candidly called it her “divorce house,” explaining that while it held deep meaning, it also served as a constant reminder of a challenging time in her life.
She revealed that she reached a point where she was ready for a “complete fresh start” and to let go of the past — a decision that ultimately led to the sale.
“I feel like I’m in a completely different place in my life than I was four years ago,” Cavallari shared.
She credited the new home she recently purchased, also located in Tennessee, for helping her embrace this new chapter.
Although she wasn’t actively searching for a new property, her real estate agent encouraged her to view it — and she instantly fell in love.
In February 2025, Cavallari gave fans a glimpse of her new residence through Instagram, showcasing breathtaking views, marble countertops, large sliding doors, and a cozy outdoor entertaining space.
Like her previous home, the new property is surrounded by nature, giving her and her children a peaceful, scenic retreat.
