Recently, the Kpop star, Aoora, made multiple headlines, joining the cast of Bigg Boss 17 as the wildcard entry. He recently went viral in India for his participation in a famous show. Also, we all know Kpop is much celebrated in the country. Keeping that aside, Aoora now opened up about his experience visiting the Durga Puja pandal in October.
Aoora is a former member of the Kpop band – Double-A. Hailing from South Korea, next month, he will turn 38. In case you are looking for some of Aoora’s hit musical works, the list includes – Body Park, Love Back, Coffee, and Black Sugar.
From the very beginning, Aoora has been passionate about Indian culture. His Korean renditions of popular Bollywood songs garnered him a massive fanbase. In India, Aoora earned huge recognition with his mashup of the song – “Swag Se Swagat.” It amazed millions of views on social media.
Not everyone knows that Aoora previously worked with the former Bigg Boss contestant, Pratik Sehajpal. But he didn’t take any advice from him. He said, “I know Pratik, but I didn’t get a chance to ask him for advice. I am just going to Bigg Boss in my style.”
Moving on to Aoora’s Durga Puja experience, the Kpop singer addressed it as very “beautiful.” As the title suggested, he met the famous Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji. He didn’t expect that, though. What did they talk about?

Coming back to Aoora, the Kpop singer visited a pandal in Mumbai’s Juhu. That was the place where he met the Hum Tum actress. He addressed it to be “one of the best experiences” of the year.
He said, “I am very grateful to have witnessed it. I not only got to do the puja but also enjoyed doing the dhunuchi dance.” Wow! Sounds great. Aoora further shared that everyone was very nice in teaching him the art form. He danced for nearly one hour and a half.
Concerning his meet-up with Rani Mukherji, Aoora shared that he didn’t discuss any work-related topics with her. He also mentioned how nice the actress was and how she warmly welcomed him at the pandal.
Aoora’s visit to India made him say that it was his second home. According to him, he is 95% settled in Mumbai itself. Why not 100%? Well, the remaining one is because of his language barrier. It’s okay. Everything takes time. Being a fan and witnessing how much of a good learner he is, we believe Aoora will soon be able to speak fluently in Hindi. It’s not rocket science.
Not just Rani Mukherji, Aoora also seems to share a friendly bond with the Bigg Boss host, Salman Khan. The Korean singer even taught the Tiger Zinda Hai actor how to say “I love you” in Korean. It is called “Saranghae,” and both made cute love signs on the stage.
