King the Land Episode 12 will be released soon. The kdrama has caught the attention of the viewers due to the chemistry between Lee Jun Ho and Im Yoon Ah.
It has succeeded in becoming the most-watched non-English series on Netflix this year. It is a mini-series with 16 episodes, out of which 10 have already aired.
It is also made available in webtoon format for maximum outreach. The mesmerizing male lead seems straight out of those novels, and the love keeps oozing with every passing episode.

King the Land Plot
The story is about Gu Won and Cheon Sa Rang. GU Won is a young and charming man who hates fake smiles and people. He is the heir of the King Group, which has a luxurious hotel and even an airline service under its wing that offers services to the rich.
He is not very lucky with relationships as he is thrown into the inheritance war. Even his father and sister have a bitter relationship with him. He is reminiscent of his mother, who disappeared one day. On the other hand, is Cheong Sa Rang.
She has some beautiful childhood memories, and as an adult, she is back at the place as an employee. Her charming smile melts Gu Won’s heart, and the two fall in love.
King The Land Episode Recap
The episode begins with the trip of the best employees of the King’s group. They are Sang-sik, Da-eul, Pyeong-hwa, Sa- Rang and Gu Won. While Gu Won feels lonely in economy class, the rest are sitting together in business class.
Gu Won switches seats with Sang Sik to be with Sa Rang. They arrive in Bangkok at a small hotel, and Won is not pleased by how tiny the place is, with people having to share rooms.
Sang Sik has activities planned for everyone, and he has also brought group t-shirts for the gang. Throughout the day, Sang Sik gets a death glare from Won. He does not allow Sa Rang and Won to spend time together while the couple is longing for each other.
Back in Seoul, Hwa Ran gets to know about the business trip, and she is surprised at how suddenly it was planned, and no one took her permission. At night, Won is troubled by a snoring Sang Sik, and he heads towards the pool with Sa Rang, and the two spend some quality time.
The next day when it’s time for the crew to board a ship and Won thinks it’s the right time to escape with Sa Rang. He grabs a hand and starts running, only to find out a confused Sang Sik as Sa Rang is already on the ship. The next morning, Sa Rang and Won manage to escape, and the couple’s time begins.
They visit several places and share about their lives. Won tells her about his mother and how she went missing one day. Everyone smiled at the time, making him hate smiling people until he met Sa Rang.
She insists on helping him find his mother. At the end of the episode, Won tells Sa Rang that he is thankful to have her in his life. The two tell that they love each other and seal the deal with a kiss.
