Hijiri plans to take down Juzo in the upcoming horse battle starting in the pages of Kill Blue Chapter 69. The wealthy heir has a superiority complex and wants to dominate Juzo in anything he can think of. The current opportunity might be one of the best that he has, an opportunity that will bring great pleasure to him.
The unicorns had a short discussion with each other at the beginning of the last chapter about the actions that they were to take. Kaito noted that Hijiri talked a big deal of Juzo and asked if he admired the guy. But what Hijiri expressed were words of contempt for the classmate who seemed to be leagues above him in everything.
Kaito has done his little research on Juzo and like everyone is astounded by his capabilities in his physical prowess. But they have found just the right sport that would help them give an edge to Juzo and assert their dominance. But they are not so confident that they would not practice to sharpen their edges for the coming fight.
Hijiri and Jinta later in the chapter even talked about what they wanted out of the coming clash, and their philosophies. Jinta was a simple guy, he learned martial arts so he could beat people in a fish fight. Hijiri was a bit more nuanced, he wanted to be top of others in the social hierarchy and look down on those who were beneath him, starting with Juzo.
