The late actress Sridevi married producer Boney Kapoor in 1996. They have two daughters, Janhvi (1997) and Khusi (2000), though Boney already had two from his previous marriage. Jahnvi made her Bollywood debut through Dhadak in 2018, but Khushi has yet to step into her elder sister’s shoes.
Accordingly, Khushi has undergone a massive transformation over the years to fit into the beauty standards prescribed by the film Industry. She has always been under the sight of the media for being a star kid, which might have pressured her to follow the beauty standards of other Bollywood stars.
Jahnvi and Khushi, Sridevi’s daughters, had international tours in the name of attending film premiers and exotic shoots. Thus, their transformation to follow the beauty standards is not a surprise anymore.
Khushi Kapoor Before And After
Khushi Kapoor used to be chubby and dark with braces. However, she was cute. Now, she looks like a fitness lover and a grown-up lady. Thus, we can assume that Khushi has her own fitness regimen. Her braces are removed, and she has perfectly aligned teeth. Similarly, there are perfectly shaped eyebrows, not joined anymore.
According to Khushi’s recent photos, she has a better jawline and a perfectly aligned nose, and her skin looks fairer. She flaunts her tall figure in modern and traditional outfits with thigh-high boots on Instagram and looks confident.

Previously, Khushi enjoyed her mother’s film, English Vinglish, premiere in Toronto. Further, in Diwali 2021, Jahnvi shared a candid photo of her with her father, mother, and sister.
By twenty, Khushi knew how to flaunt her body in a bikini, slay it in a gown, and mesmerize people through her traditional outfits. Thus, she has a better taste in fashion and is ready to be a style icon after stepping into the film industry.
Khushi Kapoor’s Film Debut
Khushi bid adieu to India for further studies around 2017 and returned during the lockdown. Before that, she studied at Dhirubai Ambani International School and The New York Film Academy. Reportedly, she wanted to enter Bollywood only after completing her education.
Khushi appeared in BFFs with Vogue Season 3, where Neha Dhupia asked if she had planned her debut, and Khushi chose Karan Johar as the director. Karan, aka KJo, is an Indian filmmaker and television personality who makes Hindi films under his production house, Dharma Productions.
Meanwhile, Khushi also stated that her father, Boney Kapoor, would select her co-star in her debut film. However, keeping her fantasy aside, Khusi will reportedly debut through Netflix’s upcoming film, The Archies, by Zoya Akhtar. She will appear alongside Suhana Khan, Nanda Agastya, Mihir Ahuja, and more.
Khushi Kapoor is said to appear in Love Today (2024), a remake of a Tamil superhit film that goes by the same name. Her other upcoming projects are The Garhwal Rifles and Speak Up.
Khushi’s father, Boney Kapoor, is a sixty-eight-year-old Indian film producer who could have easily launched his daughters Jahnvi and Khushi. However, he did not do so with Jahnvi and will not do so with Khushi either.
According to Boney’s statement in an interview with Bombay Times, he does not launch Khushi because he does not want to spoon-feed her. It will be worse for him as a filmmaker and Khushi as an actress. Thus, he wants her to be launched by a filmmaker he trusts and respects.
Boney thinks it will help Khushi establish her identity and grow in a safe environment while working with the director.
