Kanojo mo Kanojo is a teen romantic comedy following the life of a lucky guy named Naoya Mukai who ends up with not one but four girlfriends; how did that happen? Well, it all started with the day Naoya Mukai got a confession from Nagisa Minase.
Nagisa Minase got up all her courage and proposed to Naoya, who already had a girlfriend called Saki Saki. After a series of wild events, Saki Saki ended up hearing about this, and somehow Naoya made both of them agree to date together, yes, all 3 of them. And as time went on, Shino Kiryuu joined in, and later Hoshizaki Rika also joined, and our Naoya ended up with a harem in high school.

In Kanojo Mo Kanojo Chapter 143, Rika Hoshizaki accepted Naoya Mukai’s proposal and accepted to be in a four-way relationship Rika Hoshizaki was super embarrassed about it and entered Naoya Mukai’s house flustered.
Rika Hoshizaki said “Thanks” to Saki Saki, acting like the generic tsundere she is, and then they decided to talk in the bath since everyone was tense until a few moments ago. After that, the author decided to give us a few panels of fan service of Saki Saki and Rika Hoshizaki playing in the bath, and then the cliche where the male protagonist runs into the bath hearing loud, weird noises coming from the bath and then acting like he was expecting something else and getting flustered.
Anyways, the upcoming Kanojo Mo Kanojo Chapter 144 will be the final chapter of Kanojo Mo Kanojo, and maybe we can expect to see a peek into the future of Naoya with four girlfriends in the next chapter.
