Soshiro will be fighting against one of the strongest yet in Kaiju No. 8 Episode 10. The Kaiju appeared out of nowhere and came with the intent of wiping out the base along with fighting the strongest human. And it wasn’t soon that we learned what the monster was capable of after he exchanged blows with the Vice Captain.
Soshiro was wondering about his fight with Kaiju No. 8 earlier and how fighting him felt like fighting a human. He was starting to think that Kaiju had intelligence that far surpassed the normal Kaijus and made him a human. And then there was no. 9 that had displayed the semblance of intelligence as well.
Kafka, too, was pondering about his exchange with his vice-captain as a Kaiju, but after, he was following the thought line. He wanted to prove himself to his vice-captain and to show that he had a place in the team. He ended his musing and decided to go back to his place to rest until he saw multiple Kaijus falling from the skies.
Kafka was the first one to realize that there was something wrong with them, followed by Soshiro. However, before the two could do anything about the situation on their end, a mysterious Kaiju showed up that displayed intelligence. His intent? To fight the strongest human at the base and test the powers that he possessed, and Soshiro was all the more willing to play along.
