The episode started with the memories of Shirogane from the Spring of the first year. This was the time when Shirogane wasn’t who he is now. When he came to know that even if he is a scholarship student at Shuchiin Academy, he is no match to other students. Everyone except him was filthy rich. But, the Student Council President of that time approached him to run for the next Council. But, he wasn’t so confident about himself. As he thinks as long as you are poor you can’t do anything.
But, Shinomiya soon changes his point of view when she jumps into the swamp to save the drowning girl while Shirogane was hesitating to make any move. That moment changed everything for him. That was the moment he felt something for Shinomiya and decided to become Student Council President to be worthy enough to stand beside Shinomiya.
Next, Shinomiya’s skill was questioned by a few middle-aged men in their café. But, Shinomiya proved them wrong by making a cup of tea so good that the men felt the love and care it took to make that tea. When they saw Shinomiya smile at Shirogane’s compliment on the tea, they knew, that it was him for whom the love was mixed in the tea. But, at the end of the day, no confession again.
Ishigami wants to ask Tsubame out too. But, confession is not that simple, is it? Maki tries to give him the boost but is down herself for being alone. But, when she said, if Tsubame doesn’t go, then she will, it was the kind of support he needed for sure. But, in the end, Tsubame did agree to go to the horror house with him.
