The two-versus-one fight for the enchanted blade will continue amidst the auction in Kagurabachi Chapter 42. Chihiro will have a bit of trouble along the way as Hakuri has come to take the blade for Kamunabi, the organization they work for. This makes the conflict three-way as the fate of the blade is met by three party’s interests.
Hakuri came in a nick of time to help Chihiro who was being pushed away by Kyora and Shinuchi’s power. Hakuri was a little shocked at the sudden turn of events that had been happening, like Hakuri being close to Chihiro. But that aside for the time being the enemy in front of them held more importance than that matter.
Chihiro expressed that he didn’t need her help as he could have taken care of Kyora by himself in the fight. He displayed that by using his blade and techniques to put Kyora on the defensive in a single blow. However, the owner of the enchanted blood had enhanced Kyora’s physical abilities as well, so he retaliates with just as ease.
Back at the organization, some members were wondering why had Hakuri gone to the battlefield out of nowhere. One of the members explained she was there because she had been asked to as per her mission. The noise died down and everyone focused on the fight once again, and on the battlefield, Kyora explained he would display the blade’s ability and people should bet accordingly.
