The Manhwa ‘Juvenile Offender’ is the story of a guy named Yoonsung whose life was made a living hell because of the Juvenile Kids. Those kids were the result of the shitty laws of South Korea, and there were a ton of them. Now it is Lee’s chance to take his revenge.
Yoonsung gets 200 hours of community service as he has robbed a jewelry store. Even the judge was shocked by Yoonsung’s outburst of rage, which included cursing at the judge and throwing a chair against the door. He was given the opportunity by the court to pick up the chair, but he chose not to. As a result of his disregard for the legal system, he has been condemned to the 9th law of juveniles.
The Yangcheon Information and Communication School, which was essentially a correctional facility, was then assigned to Yoonsung. It was a meeting spot for juvenile offenders of all types. Yoonsung runs across Jihoon, an old buddy.
The correctional officer Lee Gwakhyun recognizes Yong Ga and tells him to maintain peace as they’d have to see each other often there. But Yoonsung knew what the officer’s crime was and how he had raped an underage girl.
Then Jihoon and a couple more of his buddies surrounded Yoonsung in an attempt to intimidate him, but Yoonsung beat Jihoon up instead. Jihoon was accused of school violence after declaring to everyone that he was a loser and reawakening Yoonsung’s past suicidal thoughts. Jihoon was hit with his knee by Yoonsung, who also fractured his legs and bit his face.
Jihoon was now afraid of him as Yoongsung had now learned how to fight, and he wasn’t going to leave those alone who destroyed his life.
Previously on Juvenile Offender Chapter 7: Recap
In Chapter 7 of Juvenile Offender, we saw Choi Kyungmin had told Yoonsung to get a contract signed; it was a shelter protection agreement. But it was cleverly mixed with fraudulent loan clauses. If the girls are young and pretty, they will pay back soon. He was told to go get some girl’s finger stamps on that fraudulent contract.
The girls refused to stamp on the contract and argued that they’d leave soon from the shelter, so why did they have to sign it? The girls then started discussing calling the police, and it wasn’t an easy task getting their finger stamps.
Yoonsung thought to himself that he could use any method and get it signed, so he walked towards the door, locked it, and made the two girls pass out. That startled Choi Kyungmin, and he went to the room running. That’s when Jo Yeongbeom entered the scene and said that Yoonsung had passed the taste and that he liked him.
Yoonsung was just waiting for Yeongbeom to appear, and there he was. Yoonsung was then taken to a room and was taught their ways. Kyungmin shows him how the hidden cameras can be found and how they have been using them to increase their revenue from the female rooms.
Following the installation of certain cameras, he was fully immersed in Yeongbeom’s crime scene. Then Kyungmin starts bragging about Yeongbeom, telling him how he bullied a person with the same name as him and how they even caused complications for his older sister. Yoonsung was so incensed by this that he took a step back and called him to examine the camera arrangement.
When Kyungmin saw the cards were missing, he got angry and started a fight with Yoonsung. Yoonsung broke his arm and choked him with the cords and told him the girl was Lee Nahyun, and it was his elder sister, and that he was the real Yoonsung.
