Juvenile Offender Chapter 18 will have a new villain, as the last one meets his unfortunate end in the last chapter. Yeongbeom was the kind of man who trashed others for the fun of his and to establish himself as the top dog. And to do so, he had targeted Yoosung in the past to get some clout, but he went too far.
However, Yeongbeom was the one with power from birth and with no one to guide him in responsibility. To make matters worse, the law is in favor of him for all his actions, as he could fake his actions. This meant that as long as there was no concrete evidence, he was free to do whatever he wanted.
That was until Yoonsung returned from Jail and decided to visit him and join his organization. He got all the leads he could get on him and planned his revenge on him with every passing day. And when the opportunity presented itself, Yoonsung kidnapped Yeongbeom and took him to a place where they would disturb them as Yoonsung took it out on him.
Juvenile Offender Chapter 17 Recap
Juvenile Offender Chapter 17 starts with a small flashback of Yeongbeom using his influence to get his right-hand man. He had lied to the guy in the face just to get his loyalty, but Yeongbeom didn’t care. However, karma finally crept up on him, and he is finally being treated for all the bad he had done to people.
His former right-hand man thrashed him into the ground with one punch after another. Not slowing down even once to give Yeongbeom a chance to explain himself, he already knows what there is to know. Moreover, the only one that could rampage at this moment was Yoonsun, who had a beef with Yeongbeom too.
But, Yeongbeom did stop the guy from his rampage though the reason for that was to ensure he doesn’t end up in jail too. The guy got up and left, telling Yeongbeom to transfer the money he owed him, or he will kill him. Yeongbeom was still up about all this until he saw Yoonsung in possession of his hard drive.

Juvenile Offender Chapter 18 will be the introduction of a new target and another new character, the one that appeared on the last page. It is unclear whether this character is a friend or foe at this point in the story. The only thing we know about him is that he has a connection with Yoonsung and is aware of his actions. That could be a good or bad thing, but the coming chapters will expand on that.
Moreover, we will now see the second target, who had ruined the life of Yoonsung for worse and made him unredeemable in the eyes of society. But Yoonsung has not been shown to worry about that, not now at least, for his focus is on targets. Also, Yoonsung should have a lead on the target before he and his team make him move on him.
