Juvenile Offender Chapter 17 will see Lee Yoon-sung sit back and enjoy the show as he watches one of the perpetrators succumb to death. Yoonsung has escaped from jail for one purpose, to take revenge for the people that destroyed his life. And he is not someone special that has been sent back in time to take revenge for his family.
Yoonsung is a normal kid who had his life, and his sister get destroyed by people that are indifferent to the laws of South Korea. While South Korea is a country that has a great image, inside, it is rotten in unimaginable ways. What’s more, it is an issue that never gets brought up in public discussion in discussion.
But there have been a few manhwas that are breaking that flow, and this series is one of them in that direction. And this might not affect the laws of the country, but there will surely be a small community that knows the truth. Knows that it is no sparkles and magic in a country that is run by strict contracts.
Juvenile Offender Chapter 16 Recap
Juvenile Offender Chapter 16 saw Younsung confront Yeongbeom over thumb pins on the floor and holding him high. He had brought him to a corner of a store with nothing to help him with the punishment he was about to get. Just the two of them, outside the jurisdiction of South Korean Law, with the rich son being at his mercy.
Throughout the chapter, Younsung is glad about one thing after he confronts Yeongbeom on matters of the past. He was glad that the person who destroyed the life of his noona was still the same one from before. And it makes his heart content in knowing that he can go out against the monster that ruins others’ life.
We also get to see how prideful Yeongbeom is and doesn’t care if he has done something for fun in the past. He sees Younsung as that pushover kid he had fun with when he was in middle school. And him being responsible for the death doesn’t fade him as much. He just cares about being mistreated.

Juvenile Offender Chapter 17 Spoilers
Juvenile Offender Chapter 17 will offer a conclusion to the end of one of the targets that Younsung had tattoed on himself. With one of them being taken care of by one of his right-hand men. The very person whom Yeongbeom leveraged into his side by having his mother as a hostage and postponing her care. The guy was not happy to learn about this and decided that he would kill Yeongbeom with his hands.
After this guy is dealt with, we will Yoonsung move over to the next of the four targets. But maybe first, he will pay a visit to the tattoo to make a change on his chest.
