We are closing in on the grand finale of season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen in a few days, with the next episode being the penultimate episode of the season. The latest episode of the series, staying true to the trend that it has set, was way better than the previous episode as fans finally got to see Yuji defeating his archnemesis, Mahito.
Mahito continued to evolve, but there was a limit to even how much he could take on Yuji’s Black Flash, and the ultimate duo Todo helped take down the monster for good. Yuji has surpassed as a jujutsu sorcerer alone and has also proven why he is the main character.
As the episode came to an end, Mahito was on his deathbed, and the fake Geto came to the former’s rescue. Thus, fans are excited to see what is going to take place next in the series and where fake Geto’s appearance will lead.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 22 is going to be the next installment which is also going to be the penultimate episode of the season as mentioned earlier, going to feature a lot of excitement narrative. Although, as of now, there are no previews available that could help us know what is going to take place in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 22 for the time being we could speculate on that part.
In addition to that, we will also be including the details for the said episode which will inform you about the release date, time, and where the episode will be available to stream on its release. So with that being said, here we bring you the latest Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 anime updates.
Recap And Review
Continuing with the current fight, Todo and Yuji continue their double tag team on Mahito, but the cursed spirit is way smarter than they might think and splits his body into two parts. In addition, Mahito also uses a technique that lets him merge the weak souls together and form a whole new body that is powerful and takes Todo out of the way.
Mahito is focused on fighting Yuji with all he has got and therefore tries to keep Todo away with his minions, but Todo gets back soon. Seeing that he is cornered, Mahito uses his domain for only 0.2 seconds, just like Gojo did so that he could have Todo be affected by it and touch Sukuna.
This domain helps take Todo’s left hand affected by Mahito’s technique, but the former quickly cuts off his hand. Mahito proceeds to land a Black Flash on Todo and, after that, goes off to touch him using his cursed technique, but Todo claps his instead, allowing him to switch places with Yuji and land a Black Flash.
Mahito is seriously injured but says that he can attain his true and transform into something new, which gives him a tough body but the Black Flash from earlier still has an effect on him. As he plans to finish Yuji in a single move, the latter is planning the same with another Black Flash, and with Todo’s help and Yuji’s delayed hit effect, fans see Yuji defeating Mahito for good.
Yujis ready to kill the cursed spirit for good and chases him down, but as the episode comes to an end, we see that fake Geto arrives, asking Mahito if he wants him to save him.
