JTBC has revealed new stills of Jeon Mi Do for the upcoming drama series “Thirty-Nine”. The internet is in the buzz about the same, and fans out there are coming up with their own theories about the same. Portraying the genres of friendship, romance, life, and drama, this upcoming JTBC series is directed by Kim Sang Ho. It is one of the most anticipated drama series of the year, and now with its release date coming closer, all the to-be viewers out there are excited about the same.
As revealed earlier, the drama series will premiere on February 16, 2022, and if the original episode schedule is followed then, the final episode will air on March 24, 2022. The story revolves around three friends who met each other in their second year of high school and now are in their 40s. We are going to see the story of three 39-year-old women who go through unforeseen troubles in their lives.

Jeon Mi Do is playing the role of an acting teacher named Jung Chan Young, who had a dream of becoming an actress. The newly revealed still of her character portrays her in various lights and backgrounds, highlighting the different aspects of her life.
In the first still, she can be in an office talking animatedly to someone on the phone. While in the other one, she is shown in a very comfortable position of lying down on her stomach while writing something on some paper. In this one, she looks deep in thoughts scribbling through the papers.
While in the last still, she is in a bathroom looking away from the mirror. She is looking very intensely and thoughtfully to the side of the off-camera.
While talking about her character, she revealed many aspects. She said that the script was really intriguing for her. She can relate to the story a lot because it is about her age.
Describing her role further, she pointed out that it is really attractive, the way in which Jung Chan Young expresses her thoughts and feelings without any hesitation. Elaborating further is said that “freedom” is the word that describes her character the most.
When asked about the most important aspects while preparing for the drama, she said that the chemistry between the three friends is the most needed one. Indeed, they are in their 30s and on the verge of entering their 40s. However, they are still inexperienced and immature in many ways. She also mentioned that the story is going to emphasize this chemistry between these longtime friends.
Talking further, Mi Do said that she really hopes that all the viewers out there will be able to see and feel how the friendship and relationship unfold between the characters in the series. Moreover, the production team also added that Mi Do’s passion for acting and adaptation had reassured them to a different level. Jeon Mi Do is popularly recognized as an amazing South Korean singer, theatre, and television actress. In the year 2006, she made her acting debut through the musical “Mr. Mouse”. Her television debut was in the year 2018 through the drama series “Mother,” for which she played a minor role. “Metamorphosis” was her big-screen debut in the year 2019.
Hospital Playlist was a big break for her career as her character “Song-hwa” gained the attention of the mainstream media. Her fabulous performance in the series bagged her the nomination for “Best New Actress” in the television category at the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards.
