One Punch Man is one of the most popular anime shows of all time, with fans all over the globe. The story takes place in a world where humanity is in constant threat of extension.
Someone somewhere is always getting attacked by some monster or alien or something else along those lines. Humanity’s only line of defense against these monsters is the Hero Association. Founded by multi-millionaire Agoni, the Hero Association monitors the monsters as well as dispatches heroes to defeat them.
They hold regular Hero Entrance Exams to bring in new talent every so often. The exam comprises two parts, and your performance in both exams decides your rank and class.
There are four hero classes from C to S, with C being the lowest and S being the Highest. Since Saiatama didn’t do so well in the written part of the exam he was appointed the C Rank. But with time, he was promoted to higher ranks. Saitama is easily the strongest person in the one-punch man universe.
However, the notion is so bizarre to others that they outright refuse to believe it until they see it for themselves. As part of his Hero Training, Saitama worked so hard that he unlocked God Mode. To this day, the reason behind his immense strength has not been revealed.
The story progresses as villains approach him, thinking he is weak, only to realize that Saitama would be the last thing they will see for the rest of their lives. At the moment, 24 Episodes, across two seasons have been released.

One Punch Man Anime Recap
In the last season, we were introduced to two new entities, The Monster Association and Hero Killer Garou. The Monster Association is a group of sentient monsters led by Monster King Orochi. They are at least 500 monsters strong.
Within the 500, there are at least 30 Disaster Class or higher-level monsters. They want to annihilate the Hero Association and take over the planet as its new rulers. They also came up with a way to convert humans into monsters by having them eat monster cells. They planned to convert strong humans into monsters to bolster their ranks.
Garou, on the other hand, was a former disciple of Bang and the self-proclaimed Hero Hunter. He is an extremely talented Martial Artist with superhuman levels of strength and attributes.
He was seen defeating several heroes even when injured and was severely outnumbered. By the end of it was kidnapped by Pheonix Man to be taken to the Monster Association HQ. Garou did come across Saitama once and had the misfortune of being on the opposite end of one of his attacks.
