This is not to say things are never complicated with this family, as this group of siblings keeps getting into trouble for one thing or another. However, it is the main character, Babae, that has to suffer the most from this.
Babae didn’t wish for things to be this way; she wanted things to be different and got the chance for her wish to be fulfilled too. Not just one, she got three wishes of her to be fulfilled, all three relating to her brothers. She had no family other than her brothers that have been together with her since their parents passed away.
But after all three left her life, she got them back as per her wish to get all of them back. However, there was a catch, they were not their usual self and acted a lot differently than they used to. Pushing her into a period of life that would have her babysit her brothers back to health.

I’m the Main Character’s Little Sister Chapter 26 saw the youngest brother trying to exercise the oldest brother and making smoke come out of his head.
However, that was just a fad being displayed by the eldest to play along with the youngest. This confused the Amnesia-ridden brother, and he questioned if the second oldest brother was his servant or something.
However, his line of thought is broken by a smack on his head by Babae as she asks him to explain his actions. He got furious by this and tried to Babae, which made the protagonist defensive. But the punch never landed her as the youngest was being glared at by the adolescent-minded brother.
The youngest shrieked in fear and hid behind Babae, saying out Pig but also shaking behind her. The second oldest chimed in and told the pubescent liken brother not to act that way, to which the eldest protested and said he shouldn’t be violent towards the weakest. And when he pointed out that he was being violent too, he tried to refute the blame and that he would do whatever he wanted.

The youngest brother will try and come up with a plan to get out of the hospital, as he is at his wit’s end. He thinks that his siblings are devil-possessed, and he needs to get rid of them as fast as possible.
As for the other three, they will be celebrating the ascension of the second oldest sibling a little more. And after they are done, they will be taking the ascended back to bed.
Babae got sick of him during the event in the last chapter as he said some disturbing things. She still doesn’t believe that he has time leaped and made it back in time, even though she got her brother’s back through wishes.
