I Won’t Accept Your Regrets Chapter 98 sees Raymond telling Elijah about the Count’s death and how he is planning to announce it to the public but since it will involve Caryle, the emperor had put it off. Since Elijah is worried that this news has to come out, she tells the emperor to do it.
