In the previous chapter, that is Chapter 28 of I Thought It’s a Common Possession, Edith is very happy to get work done after a long time. Suddenly Killian appears. He tells her about the sudden fainting of Lizzie.

He tells her that it is all because of the embroidery set she had gifted her. Killian is furious and demands answers from her. Edith justifies herself and tells him it was already wrapped when she brought it.
