Every time, Jiyang Yang thought he was one step ahead, Gu Changge was there to correct him. He laid a trap for him using the Azure Lotus of Rebirth as bait. However, Gu Changge was to see through it. He refined the Azure Lotus of Rebirth and finally broke through to the Peak Sacred Realm.

The story primarily focuses on Gu Changge, the young master of the Changge family, the inheritor of the Demonic Arts, and the story’s antagonist. What the others are unaware of is that Gu Changge, in reality, is a transmigrator with a Game like System.
Gu Changge is a villain who is supposed to act as a stepping stone for the main character to shine. However, the new Gu Changge has no qualms about doing any of that. The world he is currently in works on a Fortune System.
The higher your fortune, the higher your luck and your longevity. Since Gu Changge is a villain, his fortune value is horrible. Lucky for him, he has a game system that allows him to steal the fortune from the main characters right from under them. He can exchange the points he stole to increase his own level or buy items.
The story progresses as he goes around finding the “main characters” of his world and plundering them for all their worth. Every time a main character is near, the system notifies him.
After finding them, Gu Changge goes to work, chipping away at their reputation bit by bit, and when the time is right, he uses them as a scapegoat. He would convince others that the main character is the villain so he can justify killing them. His current target is the arrogant Reincarnation of Humanity’s Ancestor who thinks himself superior to Gu Changge.

Imagine Jiyang Yang’s surprise when he saw Gu Changge with not a scratch on him. Seeing that Jiyang Yang’s fortune was still too high to use the Fortune Plundering Talisman, Gu Changge decides to tell him the truth.
Gu Changge reveals that he is the Inheritor of the Demonic Arts and that he has known the truth about him since the beginning. This causes him to be in despair, finally decreasing his fortune enough to be recognized by the system. To say Gu Changge wiped the floor with him would be an understatement.
Gu Changge brings out the Saintess of the Ancestral Humanity’s Palace for Jiyang Yang to see, only for him to take her hostage. He planned to sacrifice her life to summon the Ancestral Humanity’s Palace to fight Gu Changge.
But before he can do so, Gu Changge uses the Fortune Plundering Talisman on him, reducing his fortune to zero and subsequently ending his life. The Saintess, who is having a panic attack right about now, asks him to kill her. Gu Changge replies to that by extending a helping hand, consoling her.
Spoilers & Predictions
There are no official spoiler leaks about I Am The Fated Villain Chapter 115 at the moment. However, from the way Chapter 114, we can predict the story to an extent. Gu Changge didn’t kill the Saintess of the Ancestral Humanity’s Palace, hinting that he plans to use her in some way in the future.
There is also Yaoyao, Jiyang Yang’s sister, whom Gu Changge has taken as a disciple. Her future is uncertain at the moment, and hopefully, it will be cleared up in the upcoming chapter.
