The children’s animated series Stillwater is coming back to our screens for a third installment. The Peabody Award-winner show, which is inspired by the book series by Jon J. Math will make its way for a third run of more adventures with Stillwater the panda and three siblings with positive messages that resound with younger audiences with their adventures that teach the younger ones valuable lessons about friendship, nature, and camaraderie. What Is Stillwater About?
This animated series tells us the adventures of a panda bear and his neighbors, Addy, Karl and Michael, three siblings that live next door to Stillwater. They become friends and share fond moments and give lessons to younger audiences about the world, friendship, and day-to-day lives. Initially launched in 2020, the series became part of the proposal that Apple TV+ had for younger audiences in their competing bid for children’s entertainment in the streaming market. After two good seasons, the show is back for more adventures, lessons, and teachings. Moreover, the show managed to win the prestigious Peabody Award in 2020, sharing the podium with Disney’s “The Owl House”.

Who Is Behind Stillwater?
Stillwater was developed by Rob Hoegee and Craig Lewis and takes inspiration from a book series called “Zen Shorts”, penned by Jon J Muth, an American illustrator, who came up with the idea for the book series back in the mid-2000s. His stories were adapted to theater plays. Muth has a long career in illustration, developing graphic novels, doing work for the popular trading card game Magic: The Gathering, and other works related in the graphic arts. Thanks to his talent and the popularity of his work, his graphic novels were adapted into this series, that will make their way back into your screen for a third run of adventures with a positive, endearing message for children.
Stillwater Season 3 Release Date & Episode Guide
Stillwater Season 3 will release on Apple TV+ worldwide on 19 May 2023 at 00:00 hrs Pacific Time United States. The streaming platform will release the first two episodes simultaneously. Each episode usually consists of two parts, two different adventures. While Apple TV+ generally releases the entire episode schedule ahead of the debut, for this upcoming third season there’s no official information about the amount of episodes. The debut season consisted of thirteen episodes, and the sophomore season consisted of seven. The producers and streaming platform haven’t made any official information available as to how many episodes there are, nor when are they dropping the rest of the season.
