Is that your pumpkin-spiced cappuccino or the lovely smell of cinnamon rolls baking in the oven? Host Jesse Palmer challenges the bakers to produce seasonal coffee drink cinnamon rolls, combining two of the best fall delights for the preheat.
The bakers then immediately dive into the main heat with a Thanksgiving-themed yule log, which Jesse refers to as Swiss Rolls. Judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman, and Nancy Fuller ultimately determine which baker gets to go home.
As the year draws to a close, Food Network and its rivals are relying on unscripted reality competition cooking series that incorporate seasonal elements. Season 10 of the Holiday Baking Championship is one example. It’s time to find out which of these baking teams can create the most inventive, delicious, and visually stunning dessert with a holiday theme in the hopes of taking home a sizable cash reward.
We have prepared all the information you need to know about the program, including its format and many other important elements, for you to know ahead of time. One piece of advice: if you have a sweet tooth, watch this on an empty stomach because the bakers utilize the best ingredients to make the tastiest cakes, which will definitely make you hungry!

A panel of judges, consisting of Nancy Fuller, Lorraine Pascale, and Duff Goldman, will test eight bakers to see if they can create the most stunning, mouthwatering, and difficult cookies, desserts, and holiday-themed treats in the hopes of winning a $50,000 grand cash prize. The show is hosted by celebrity chef and Food Network mainstay Bobby Deen.
Every episode starts with a round where they have to bake a themed cookie; the winner gets on to the next round, where they have to prepare another dessert, like a cake, souffle, or something entirely else. In addition to having more time to finish their work, the previous round’s winner is also allowed to limit or exclude certain items from the competition.
The panel judges the desserts on presentation, taste, execution, and other factors that make the competition intense. One that, as previously mentioned, is best avoided when watching on an empty stomach, as it will make you hungry.
