To help buyers avoid purchasing properties with hidden issues, the Happy Real Estate Agency launched the “Happy Stigmatized House App.” They also created a special team to map and catalog stigmatized properties in the Greater Taipei area. This initiative aims to provide transparency and protect people from unknowingly buying homes with a troubled history.
Lu An Chi, a determined and optimistic real estate agent, is faced with the challenge of paying off her mother’s debts. She also needs to sell the stigmatized property her father left behind when he disappeared 18 years ago.
Taking on the assignment with the Happy Stigmatized House App, An Chi is eager to make money and isn’t scared of ghosts. She teams up with Yo Da Chih, a rookie assistant who can see dead people but loses his ability whenever he sneezes. Together, they start investigating properties marked by their troubled pasts.
As they go deeper into their investigations, An Chi and Yo Da Chih realize their roles go beyond just identifying stigmatized properties. They find themselves acting as therapists, life coaches, and even justice enforcers. Through their experiences, they grow and change, learning that their work has a profound impact on the lives of the people they help.
