The Cast and The Characters
‘Dr. Jin’ and ‘Man of Will’ fame Song Seung Heon takes over the role of Han Moo Gang. From a rookie detective, he goes on to get possessed by the Grim Reaper real quick. ‘Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol’ fame Go Ara takes plays the role of Kang Ha Ram. A girl has the ability to see supernatural entities and can predict death. ‘Guardian: The Lonely and Great God’ fame Lee El plays the role of Yoon Soo Wan. The girlfriend of Moo Gang holds a connection with about some tapes from the past. ‘Joseon Exorcist’ fame Kim Dong Joon is the family outcast and the fall guy for his family business, an insurance company. ‘One the Woman’ and ‘Start Up’ fame Kim Won Hae plays Na Kwang Gyu, Moo Gang’s fellow detective. A lot of supporting cast have graced the show with their roles too.

‘Black’: How Did It All Start?
Ha Ram has the ability to see the shadows of death, being able to know when a person is going to die and warning that person. But the person still not paying attention ends up dead. Ha Ram has been called unfortunate all her life. So when she told the police about her ability during the interrogation session, everybody thought she was joking except for Moo Gang. Han Moo Gang is a rookie detective. We saw him as a person not being fit to be at a crime scene as he pukes as soon as he sees a skeleton or meat.
Getting into fights with people or ruining the evidence cause he was creeped out and puked. His detective team is sick of him, especially his partner Na Kwang Kyun. As detectives, they do look out for each other. But even they are getting close to Moo Gang’s behavior. After a series of even, Moo Gang and Ha Ram decide to team up to save the people using Ha Ram’s ability. But things didn’t go as they thought they would!
