Angels Of Death Plot
Rachel “Ray” Gardner, 13, is transported to a hospital for counseling after seeing a murder, only to wake up there and have no memory of how she got there. There, the only exit is an elevator, where she is declared to be a “sacrifice” for the occupants of the upper levels by a machine-generated voice via an intercom. Ray finds another elevator that goes up to B5 as she ascends from her current floor of B7 to B6.
As she does so, she narrowly avoids being killed by a crazy, bandaged man with a scythe. On B5, she re-establishes contact with her psychotherapist, Daniel “Danny” Dickens, albeit it quickly becomes apparent that Danny is unreliable due to his obsessive focus on Ray’s blue eyes.
Terror Strikes!
Danny closed the door as Ray tried to flee since he had anticipated her mistrust. Danny tells Ray that she will meet her parents again in hell as he corners her and threatens to cut off her eyes. Danny pauses to beg her to stay with him forever as this phrase seems to bring back Ray’s long-forgotten memories. He is stopped short when the man with the scythe stabs him in the stomach. He is then about to murder Ray when he discovers that she is no longer terrified to die. The man is identified as a “new sacrifice” over the intercom for breaking the law by attacking a resident of a different floor after leaving his allotted floor. Ray confronts the man as he tries to run away and begs him to kill her.
